Cancel order:
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time. We will determine whether your order is within 24 hours based on the time of receiving the email:
If it is within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount.
If your order time exceeds 24 hours, according to the website transaction rules, you will receive a refund after deducting a 7% handling fee.

Return process:

2. You need to provide pictures or videos to prove the problem as detailed as possible, such as size problems, color problems. Generally, we will take pictures of the products before shipping to avoid fraud.
3. Please do not send the goods back without our approval. Orders returned to us without approval will be rejected.
If you want to return part or all of your order, you need to contact customer service and obtain the return address by contacting us.

The address on the package you received is not our return address, please do not use the address on the package! ! ! !
Please do not use the address on the package because it is only the address of the transit station or shipping agent and they will not accept any returned goods.
4. We only accept products in original condition without wear, tear or odor. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged . If you are returning an item, please provide a detailed order number + tracking number + logistics or shipping method.
5. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Please note: we do not have return labels! ! ! !
6. If you used a promotional code or discount in the original transaction, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to the value of the discount used. A refund will be made after we receive the returned product (shipping and expedited order service fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, deducted based on the specific cost of higher-priced, complex beading, sequins and embroidery styles)
If you return the product, we will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. Before the goods arrive at our warehouse, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packaged and not be damaged in transit! We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.We are not responsible for any wrongly returned goods.
7.All returned products must be inspected. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, a refund will be processed. After we process your refund, it usually takes 10-15 business days to return the funds to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. Once we receive the returned dress, we will review and process the refund within 2-3 business days.
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for returns:
1.For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note that accessories are final sales.
2.For custom and large-size orders, I'm sorry we can't accept returns, because of the special nature of the order, even if you return them, we can't sell them in the future.
3.If you only need one dress, please don't order multiple clothes and return the other clothes you don't like. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them again even if you return them.
4.We don't support customers ordering multiple clothes to try them on, then keep one and return the rest.
5. We do not accept the practice of purchasing the same clothing in different sizes, receiving the clothing for comparison and then returning the rest, please understand.
6. We do not accept return requests for items that are worn or damaged due to improper cleaning.
7. If a customer makes a mistake that the size/color they specified does not fit when purchasing our products , the customer will not be eligible for a refund in this case.
